Email notifications
Teamdeck now writes to you when something needs you, so work doesn't wait for the next time you open the app.
- NewEmails from notifications@teamdeck.in when a task is assigned to you, when a task is created in a project you lead, and when someone completes one.
- NewEmails for direct messages and @mentions in chat and project discussions, with the message quoted and a button straight to the conversation.
- NewEvery email is designed in Teamdeck's own colours, with the logo and a single clear action.
- NewTwo switches in the notifications panel — tasks, and messages — plus a one-click unsubscribe link in every email.
- ImprovedA busy conversation sends one email, not ten: repeat emails about the same thread are held back for ten minutes.
- ImprovedYou're never emailed about your own actions.
Reactions, and a password vault fix
React to a task the way you would in a chat app, and a fix for saved passwords that refused to appear.
- NewEmoji reactions on tasks. React from the board without opening the task, add yourself to someone else's reaction with one click, and hover a reaction to see who it was.
- FixedPasswords saved to the vault said "saved" but never appeared in the list. They were always safely stored — the list couldn't read them back.
- FixedTagged files and folders now open the file when you click the tag, instead of dropping you in the Creatives tab.
- FixedThe emoji picker no longer closes or drags the board behind it while you scroll through emoji.
Tag anything in a message
Point at a file, a folder or a link from wherever you're already talking, instead of describing where it lives.
- NewType @ in chat, a project discussion, or a task to tag a creative, a folder or a project link. Clicking the tag opens it.
- NewTagged files show as chips on the task card, so a task carries its own references.
- ImprovedTask titles and descriptions save as you type — no Save button to forget.
- ImprovedThe tag picker opens instantly instead of pausing on each keystroke.
- ImprovedLong PDFs scroll smoothly in the viewer.
- ImprovedTagged files and folders stay internal — clients never see them in the portal.
Creatives, folders and a home of its own
The app moved to app.teamdeck.in, and the creatives library grew up: folders, drag-and-drop, and downloading a whole set at once.
- NewThe product now lives at app.teamdeck.in, with teamdeck.in kept for the public site and agents.teamdeck.in for agent mode.
- NewFolders in Creatives, with drag-and-drop uploading straight into them.
- NewDownload a whole project or folder as a single zip, in the browser and in the apps.
- NewA Links tab on projects for the briefs, sheets and drives that live elsewhere.
- NewAdd a task straight from the column you're hovering over on the board.
- ImprovedA full pass over every page on phones and small windows.
- ImprovedThe file viewer handles images, PDFs and video, with the controls within thumb's reach on a phone.
Colour on the board
Projects can carry a colour, so a board of many projects reads at a glance.
- NewEight project colours, applied across cards, boards and the calendar.
A much faster app
Pages that used to think about it now open immediately.
- ImprovedYour workspace is cached and warmed as you move, so returning to a page is instant.
- ImprovedNavigation no longer waits on a blank screen before showing anything.
The data analyst
Upload a spreadsheet or an export and ask questions about it in plain words.
- NewAn agent that writes and runs real Python on your file, then answers with numbers it actually computed — and shows the code.
- ImprovedCreatives are filed against a project from the moment they're made.
Agent mode
Agents got their own home at agents.teamdeck.in — a place to work with them rather than a panel in the corner.
- Newagents.teamdeck.in, with short links and a project chosen up front so everything an agent makes is filed correctly.
- NewAn agents dashboard showing what each one does and what it has produced.
Build your own agent
Write what an agent should do, choose the tools it may use, and run it on a project.
- NewCustom agents: your own instructions, a tool list you control, and a record of every run.
- NewTools for web research, reading a page, the brand kit, generating images, and filing documents.
Phones, properly
A long pass over the app on small screens, plus keyboard navigation on cards.
- ImprovedBoards, projects and chat all behave on a phone.
- NewMove a card between columns with the arrows, without dragging.
Invites and the API
Getting a team in, and letting other tools talk to Teamdeck.
- ImprovedOrganisation invites are clearer about who is joining what.
- ImprovedThe v1 API gained endpoints and better errors.
Content calendar
Plan what goes out, and when, per client.
- NewA content calendar with channels, dates and status.
- FixedThe client dashboard showed the wrong counts in some workspaces.

The first AI features, wired into the places the work already happens.

- NewConnectors for Next.js and WordPress sites, paired with a signed handshake.
- NewPin the projects you're living in to the top.
The desktop app, and a new look
Teamdeck as a real desktop app, and a redesign of the whole interface.
- NewA Windows desktop app.
- ImprovedA full visual rework: new type, colour and spacing throughout.
Flows — the blog writer
Research a topic on the live web, write it in the client's voice, and publish it to their site.
- NewThe blog agent: research, draft, edit and publish, with the brand kit steering the voice.
Password vault
Shared credentials that live in the workspace instead of a chat thread.
- NewAn encrypted vault: team passwords, personal ones, and sharing with named people.
- NewReveal hides itself again after thirty seconds, and every reveal is recorded.
API, webhooks and meetings
Teamdeck started talking to the rest of your stack.
- NewA v1 API with keys, and webhooks that fire when work changes.
- NewA meetings calendar.

The client portal
A place to send clients that shows only what you've chosen to share.
